It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for Harmeny’s fundraising appeal this year with some significant highs and lows. Following a significant increase in build price due to Covid and Brexit we have taken the decision to delay the build of the new Learning Hub until 2022 to give time for the building industry to settle and enable us to raise more funds to meet the new costs. Our Learning for Life Appeal has therefore been extended to October 2022 and our new target is £3.1m.
Thanks to support and understanding of our existing donors we have already made a good start towards closing the gap to the new target with £2.2m raised to date. We hugely appreciate everyone’s understanding and we remain committed to delivering the project to benefit children at Harmeny both now and in the future.

The new Learning Hub is now due to be completed by June 2023
