Learning Spaces & Resources

Our purpose-built, award winning education campus comprises a number of flexible classroom spaces, supported by a Class Teacher and an Education Support Worker or Social Educator. Each classroom has a wide range of learning resources, including a Smart Board, ICT equipment and an individual garden attached. Our arts and crafts resources, digital cameras, film and sound equipment are also used regularly and creatively.

In addition to our classroom spaces, we have specialist facilities for Outdoor Learning, Skills for Life & Work, PE, Music, Science, Art, Design & Technology and Food & Nutrition, a structured play room (known as ‘The Rainbow Room’), and a multi media library (known as the ‘FunFactory’).

Our 35-acre estate also provides a wonderful range of learning spaces for children, including a natural woodland (with a wide variety of wildlife), community garden (which provides a key role within our Science curriculum), adventure playground (known as the ‘Venchie’), orhard, pond, wild flower meadow, mountain bike track and bushcraft area.
