At Harmeny our aim is to provide life skills that will support our children long after they leave our care and, in turn, help them with their own relationships and family life in the future.
Providing the best support, now and in the future
We want to be here for as long as vulnerable children in Scotland need us, providing them with the best possible care and education, and finding new ways and therapies to engage and support our children.
Through a gift in your Will, no matter how small, you can help protect vulnerable children across Scotland in the future: helping maintain our beautiful estate, homes and resources that together provide our children with their ‘passport to life’.
A legacy that lives on
Our current Appeal was boosted by the very generous gift made in the Will of Janette Brown, who died aged 108 in 2012. Janette’s thoughtful bequest kickstarted the funds for renovating Hawthorn Cottage, providing much-needed space for play and relaxation for children who call Harmeny home.
How to make a gift
To support Harmeny in this way all you need to do is make or amend an existing Will through a solicitor and provide them with our details:
- Harmeny Education Trust
- Scottish Charity Number SC024256
Your solicitor will take you through the process and options available to you.
