Harmeny values feedback on the quality our services in order to ensure that we continuously improve.
However, we recognise that we don’t always get it right, and so if you wish to make a complaint, we will take this very seriously, endeavoring to ensure that it is dealt with efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully. We also have a duty, by law, to be open and honest when something goes wrong. This is called ‘Duty of Candour’.
