Every two years, Harmeny is required to publish a Mainstreaming Report, Equality Outcomes Progress Report and Equality Profile of Staffing Report, under the Single Equality Act. In addition, we are now required to publish an Equal Pay and Gender Pay Gap Statement, as well as well as an annual report on our Gender Pay Gap.
